Why does a model works on PLECS fixed solver but not on variable-step solver?

I have a circuit based on the principles of resonance and with a fixed solver it works and with a variable solver it does not. Any help please?

See this question and its answer: The variable step and fixed step are giving different output voltages.

I saw that comment and it didn't help much. I don't wish to post my model due to IP issues. Thanks anyways.
