Thermal description of diode

hello guy, how can i do the thermal description of the diode with datasheets? because the diodee on the Library didn t give me this opportunity to parameter the turnon lossses , conduction losses. did someone hier did something like that?

Yes, this is very much possible- you are kindly asked to read the PLECS Online Help/User Manual. You need to go to the Thermal tab of the diode block parameters window to access the thermal description entry interface.
