28069M launchpad failed to operate in external mode

Question

I have done all the instructions step by step. But I still can't operate the launchpad in the external mode.So maybe it's because of the boot mode?What type of boot mode should I use to start external mode?

注意把Launchpad连电脑后，在设备管理器的USB节点下找到TI的设备，然后在属性第一页勾选Enable VCP。
