With which component and how can I plot the magnetizing current of the transformer?

You should use the "Mutual Inductance with Mutual Resistance (2 Windings)" block and measure inside the subsystem using the "Probe" block. To open the subsystem, use ContextMenu->Subsystem->Look under Mask. Drag and drop the component (here Lm) on the "Probe" block to measure its current.. See attached image.

Hello,

Keep in mind that this component (Mutual Inductance with Mutual Resistance (2 Windings)) contains a mutual dependency between the windings so if coupling is not actually wanted, a simple ideal transformer with added separate primary-side parallel inductance representing Lmag is sufficient. This implementation also allows for very easy probing of the magnetizing current.

Best,
