problem about Fourier analysis

I want to get the magnitude of harmonic at 720kHz, and the base frequency is set as 50 Hz. But it seems that the maximum number of  Fourier coefficients(N) in the scope can be only set to 10 000 ?

Potential workarounds include setting a higher base frequency (e.g. 100 Hz results in a spectra up to 1 MHz) or using the Fourier Transform block to analyze the specific frequencies of interest.  You can also use a simulation script to export the data and analyze it in Octave/Matlab.
