How can I stop and capture transient-state data of scope when the model is running on RT-Box?

When the dc–dc converter is running on RT-Box with  "Auto triggering"，there is a swith short-circuit Fault occurred which caused by Fault injection signal anytime. So how can I stop and capture transient-state data of scope?

I remember there is a block to output the data in plecs ,but I do not remember whether it supports real time testing
