Non Ideal MOSFET modelling

Hello !

Myself Sanjay, I wanted to model the MOSFET switching losses, and true, there is a part in the library (MOSFET with limited di/dt) but if I'm not mistaken, the MOSFET turn off depends on the load current and isn't a single delay value ( the load current charges the output cap or output charge to be specific and that time is your voltage rise time. Is there any way to model this ?

Thanks !

hi the most reliable way is to measure it with a double pulse tester like the one describe here:

https://www.wolfspeed.com/downloads/dl/file/id/150/product/0/sic_mosfet_double_pulse_fixture.pdf

and then plug in PLECS the switching losses table
