Do you mean running multiple PLECS models on the RT Box at the same time? Then the answer is no. But if you can elaborate on what your end goal is, we can see if there is a workaround.
Also which RT Box are you using? Because with RT Boxes 2 and 3, it is possible to split one PLECS model into multiple tasks and then run them on separate cores of the RT Box.
