How do I get the transformer Core Loss?

Hello

I would like to know how to obtain the core loss used in the transformer through the PLECS program.
Also, I wonder if there is a way to check if the B-H curve of the core matches the actual B-H curve.

It's a question that's lacking, but I'd appreciate it if you could answer it.

Dear Seonho Yang,

the "Hysteretic Core" block has "Loss Energy" as an output that you can probe.
I have attached a small model probing this core to get the core loss and BH curve using an XY plot.

If you need further assistance, please write to support@plexim.com.

Best regards,
Reto

Thank you for your reply.

What is the principle of drawing the B-H curve in the PLECS program?
You are welcome!

PLECS uses the Preisach model (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preisach_model_of_hysteresis).
