Design Notch Filter

Hello, in which way can I design the notch filter in the attachment? With a transfer function block is not possible because the grade of the numerator is higher than which one of the denominator.

Looks like the transfer function in the attachment is incorrectly printed.

I would expect that the notch filter also has a pair of complex-conjugate poles, i.e.:

N(s) = (s^2+wn^2)/(s^2+2*wn/Q*s+wn^2)
