Thermal simulation not showing diode losses

Hello,

I'm new to PLECS and have been doing some simulations to better understand its functionalities. I did some tests with a simple Boost converter and later tried to introduce the thermal description of one IGBT, in particular, the FF300R12KT4P from Infineon.

Something I noticed is that the antiparallel diode is not presenting any losses. Please, could you provide an explanation for this behaviour?

In attachment, you will find all the relevant files.

Thank you in advance for your time.

The antiparallel diode is never conducting, so it produces no losses.
