Could you share 2.1.6 Version of Target Support Packages for RTBOX3.

Hello, please find previous versions of the RT Box Software here: https://www.plexim.com/download/rt_box_previous

But note that the message says you currently have TSP version 2.1.6 and you need to upgrade to at least 2.2.x, not the other way around. But really we would recommend you update to the latest version, which is now 2.3.x.
