I have replicated a circuit of an AC-DC-DC converter in PLECS but I'm getting different waveforms

I have modelled a bidirectional AC-DC-DC converter in Simulink and it works great, I now want to model the losses in the MOSFETS using PLECS therefore, I have put the converter itself in a PLECS circuit and the control has been left outside in the Simulink environment. The waveform of the dc bus voltage is not what I expected, the battery current remains 0 the whole time, and the grid current waveform is also not what I expected despite seemingly inputting the same parameters in both versions. The files to both versions have been attached

There are no files attached, but it sounds like an implementation error.
