Possible error in thermal description of GaN Systems PLECS Model

Hi,

I was working on simulations with the GaN Systems model, especially GS-065-060 and GS66516, noticing that the GS66516 has a much worse transient thermal performance. I figured out that it has something to do with the thermal chain. While comparing those in the thermal description with the datasheet I think I found an error.

The Cth,3 is 0.0012 J/K in the thermal description but in the datasheet it is 0.012 J/K.
This causes a temperature deviation of 45 K in my case and prevents to get proper simulation results.

I might have overseen something. I am sorry if this is the case. But I looked more than twice.
