State Discontinuity after switching

Hey,

I have developed an inverter design in PLECS blockset using Infineon IGBT switches, where as the gate signals are given from a FOC designed in simulink. Initially, I was getting different issues, which I have answered, now when I run the model, it initiates, but after 1sec, when the speed signal is applied via FOC, the error shows "State Discontinuity after switching" and "The current through inductor plecs_inverter_V1/Circuit/Perm.-Magnet SM3/Electrical model/Voltage behind reactance/L:1 is forced to jump from -1.77988 to 0."

I am using PMSM motor with same parameters which I had in Simscape model before. I have gone through forums, and tried to reduce the relative tolerance as well, but the issue stills prevails.

How do I solve this issue, because on of the solution was to provide additional current path, I am confused about this issue.

Hope experts in this field can help me out. I am going to attach the model as well.

Hassan, can you post your model so I can analyze further?  It seems you intended to attach it but it is not yet posted.
