The topic was discussed further in the other thread: [Two LAUNCHXL-F28069M Synchronize issue - #3 by Camberlam](https://forum.plexim.com/t/two-launchxl-f28069m-synchronize-issue/2223/3). Some of the limitations were specific to the 28069 PWM peripheral.

If you are not using that device or if this isn’t your exact issue then I would recommend creating a new post with your specific question including the expected results, model, and a description of your hardware configuration.
