Hi, I am using PLECS coder to code the TI launchpad F28069M. I set 7 outputs. For ePWM1A,1B,2A,3A, they are operating with 50kHz and ePWM Q4,Q5,Q7 are operating with 100kHz.

However when I see the signal through scope generated from TI controller, the PWM signals are missing in attached photo. (blue: ePWM6, green: ePWM5). Does anyone can help with this issue?

I haven’t programmed a C2000 device to verify this, but my initial suspicion is that your scope setup doesn’t have sufficient samples. With a fixed duty cycle you shouldn’t see the “fin-like” behavior in your waveforms so it’s probably aliasing.

Looking at your horizontal settings there are 200us/division, 500 kS/s, and a RL (record length) of 1kpts you’re dropping lots of data points. Zoom in, increase the sampling rate, increase record length and report back.
