Hello Fazal,

There are no publicly available thermal models for these devices. There is the Thermal Import Wizard to convert graphs and parameters from device datasheets into PLECS thermal models. Here is a [video tutorial on the topic](https://www.plexim.com/support/videos/thermal_import_wizard).

A quick look at the datasheet for those devices shows that there is no switching loss data. You can only extract the conduction losses and thermal impedance curves. Please [refer to this post](https://forum.plexim.com/t/mosfet-losses-calculation-in-thermal-wizard-via-formula/1292/2) for an example of using formulas to estimate the switching losses in the absence of additional information based on rise time, fall time, reverse recovery charge, etc. from the datasheet tables. Note the caveats described in the post as well.

Regards,
Bryan
