Firmware Version Not matched

Hello,

I saw a pop-up message today about updating my firmware and I updated all my RT boxes’ firmware. However, some of the RT boxes failed to update the application library, see attached figure 1, and RT box 3’s screen displayed the following message: ERROR: Incompatible protocol detected on SFP Port A. All RT-Boxes must use the same firmware version.

I suspect the reason is that some application libraries were not updated. Could you please tell me how I can solve this problem? Thanks!

The FPGA and firmware version refer to the BOOT.BIN and the image.ub file, respectively, on the SD card of your RT Box.

The application library version is the version of the TSP files installed on your PC that are used to build the simulation executable that is downloaded to the RT Box. It looks as if you haven’t updated the TSP on your PC.

However, the SFP error is probably not related to the update from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2.
