Phase Difference between two signals

Is there a block to determine the phase difference directly as an angle between two signals?

There isn't one block do to this.  The most conceptually straightforward approach is to use a Fourier Transform block and subtract the phase difference between the two signals.  One could also use a PLL or a host of analog approaches.
