Same voltage and current but different conduction losses?

Hi,

I'm calculating the conduction loss of diode and there are two kind of diode model. As you can see, the voltage and current waveforms are same but their conduction lossed are differernt. Can you help me to figure it out?

The circuit model and device thermal model are upload as the attachments.

Any feedback is much appreciated!

Hello,

In the top diode you did not choose the thermal description, and the diode thermal resistance is set to zero rather than "rth_ch_diode":

With these changes you should see the same losses in the two diodes.
