I have designed a multilevel inverter. I have done thermal modelling of IGBT and diode. When the load is reduced it shows 'Cyclic behavior during switching ’ error. When the load is increased it works normal. I have set variablestepdiscreate ode23tb solver, and tightened the tolerance and diode turn on threshold.Please help me to resolve this error.
