Heatsink shape other than rectangle

Is there any way to make a heatsink symbol shape be any other than just a rectangle? For example, drawing a heatsink that has more than 4 sides in various shapes?

Hi,
there is no way to make the heat sink component any other shape than a rectangle/square. For now the only alternative I can think of is to create the desired shape with patches of rectangular heat sink components.
