Is it plausible to redevelop the rt-box on our own using FPGA card?

Dear specialist:

     Is it possible to accelerate the simulation speed of  RT-BOX using some extra FPGA card? Or the only choice is to purchase the latest RT-BOX?

We do not support user modifications of the RT Box firmware or FPGA.

If the model does not execute in a suitable period on the RT Box then the options are:

Optimize the model as much as possible. Decouple state-space matrices where possible, remove extra meters and scopes, and make other simplifications as necessary.Split the model up across multiple RT Boxes (or multiple cores on an RT Box 2/3) using distributed real-time simulation.Explore time-scaling where the model and controller are run slower than real-time.There are tutorials on the website for #1 and #2.
