Semiconductor loss analysis in a single-phase inverter

I am analyzing the semiconductor losses of a single-phase HERIC inverter. I added a thermal model based on the MOSFET STW57N65M5. The analysis is performed by varying the load power from 10% to 140% of the nominal load power. What is the best approach to evaluate the semiconductor losses and overall inverter efficiency in PLECS?

I am using two Heat Sink blocks—one for the full-bridge MOSFETs and another for the bypass MOSFETs—along with the Switching Loss components/meters. Additionally, I wrote a script to sweep the load, record the losses, and compute both the overall system efficiency and the semiconductor-only efficiency.
