What is the difference of Radau and Tustin Discretization method in plecs?Is it something about the stiffness and stability?

But since Tustin method is more common in previous academic papers, is Tustin method more appropriate for the implementation on TI 28379D launchpad? But I can fully understand that Radau method is appropriate for HIL equipment RT-BOX for it requires high stability.
