yes the model is from GaN systems. i am currently trying to simulate and compare the losses in the GaNHEMT against MOSFET for BLDC drive application but the full model is combined with matlab and I don’t know if its allowed to share a matlab file instead of plecs, so I made a buck converter with the GaNHEMT and added the analytical equations to the initialization script.
