Does the code of 28379D launchpad implementation belong to fixed point or float point?

Sorry,I just want to know whether the 28379D launchpad belong to fixed point or float point device, maybe the latter one?

Yes, the 28379D (and the other supported TI C2000 processors) use floating point math.
