How can I simulate my simulation in two phase

I want to simulate my function with two main block so first block run first after that second block can run with using first block’s output parameters

PLECS will automatically determine the block ordering based upon your schematic. See the PLECS Manual:

Block Sorting

After the setup of the physical model, PLECS determines the execution order of the block diagram… The execution order is governed by the following computational causality: If the output function of a block depends on the current value of one or more input signals, the output functions of the blocks that provide these input signals must be evaluated first.
