Dear Sir or madam,
Is it possible to convert an LTspice model to a PLECS model via a program file? I know we can build a mosfet’s plecs model by recognizing the pictures of datasheet. So I’m curious if there are algorithms that can convert model files in one step.
Currently PLECS does not have a means to directly import a SPICE netlist or simulate device models using a SPICE based approach. If you are referring to a conversion process where a SPICE simulation model executed in a 3d party tool is used to generate thermal look-up table data for PLECS, then this is possible with the most notable example being onsemi’s Self-Service PLECS Model Generator. Plexim does not provide ready-made templates/tools for users to do this same process.
