How to convert mosfets' LTspice model or Pspice model to plecs model?

Dear Sir or madam,
Is it possible to convert an LTspice model to a PLECS model via a program file? I know we can build a mosfet’s plecs model by recognizing the pictures of datasheet. So I’m curious if there are algorithms that can convert model files in one step.

PLECS Standalone 5.0 includes a solver engine capable of simulating SPICE netlists.

If you are referring to a conversion process where a SPICE simulation model generates thermal look-up table data for PLECS, then this is possible with the most notable example being onsemi’s Self-Service PLECS Model Generator. Plexim does not provide ready-made templates/tools for users to do this same process at the moment.

There is no PLECS Standalone 5.0 or am I missing something here ?

PLECS 5.0 will be released in the first quarter of 2026. As of today it is not available, but I’m very excited for it’s forthcoming release!

What are the key updates in version 5.0? I’m really looking forward to it!

More details coming soon!

PLECS Spice is wonderful and meets the need. Hope to see more awesome things in future
