Plecs and TI C2000 MCU Communication Issue

Hi,

I am trying to configure TI C2000 MCU using PLECS. According to the tutorial provided for “External Mode and Parameter Inlining,” I am trying to implement that example demo. However, my LED was blinking but the inline communication was not working. I am using a F280039C control card and have correctly set the RX and TX SCI pins. Also, I can see the auxiliary and debugging port in the Device Manager and have tried with both ports. I have got the following error message. For reference, I have attached the images. Please help me to find out the issue.

Sachith and I discussed offline and it turned out to be an issue with the default DIP switch settings of the 280039C ControlCARD. S1:A-2 needs to be switched to the ON position, as documented in the " Tips for Programming C2000 Development Kits" section of the Target Support Documentation Help.
