I am trying to run the PLECS model example “Buck Converter with Controller” from the PLECS Spice subcategory and the following error arises:
I have already installed the v5.0.1 and configured the Standalone license.
Should I consider more things before running the model?

The SPICE solver engine requires a dedicated license. Since this license is not available in your current setup, the error message is generated.
I recommend applying for a trial license to evaluate the SPICE functionality.
