Hello,
I am currently simulating a single-phase inverter using GaN switches with Spice PLECS. The GaN SPICE model I am using includes five thermal/electrical probes.
Has anyone here performed simulations with similar models?
I would like to understand the correct setup in PLECS for measuring junction temperature (Tj) and case temperature (Tc). At the moment, I am getting very unusual results for the junction temperature when observing Tj in the scope.
I would appreciate any guidance regarding:

Proper thermal network configuration

Correct connection of thermal nodes

Recommended settings for realistic junction temperature results
