Different Result Between Plecs Blockset Simulation and Simulink

Yes you can use complex numbers in calculations, but you must a) convert them to real numbers when used in the PLECS model (i.e. real/imaginary or magnitude/angle) and b) clear them from the Octave workspace in PLECS Standalone.
