When I connect the TI launchpad with PLECS on that time I facing the error of given below.
The error indicates that your TI Code Generation Tools folder is not configured as expected. The TI C2000 windows installer should install the TI Code Generation Tools (https://www.ti.com/tool/download/C2000-CGT) automatically, however you can manually configure it as well. You receive this error when the folder exists but does not contain the expected content.
If you navigate to File + PLECS Preferences + Coder you can see the current folder, highlighted in red in the attached graphic. It should look similar and point to ti-cgt-c2000_22.6.1.LTS or higher.
How is your machine configured? Did you use the automatic windows installer? What is your Target Support Packages Path (see blue rectangle in attached image). Do you have the TI CGT installed separately on your machine?
Note a future version of the TSP will provide a clearer error message for this scenario.
