The topic was discussed further in the other thread: Two LAUNCHXL-F28069M Synchronize issue - #3 by Camberlam. Some of the limitations were specific to the 28069 PWM peripheral.
If you are not using that device or if this isn’t your exact issue then I would recommend creating a new post with your specific question including the expected results, model, and a description of your hardware configuration.
