TI C2000 module reset error

Hi PLEXIM,
i am now working on using PLCES code generation to run loop, PWM, ADC checks for my project. But when my colleague configured the modules and send his simulation file to me, when i opened it, it will reset to the initial value..
Do you know where might be the problem?

Hi Bowen,

You and your colleague likely do not have the same version of the C2000 TSP. I suspect they have a newer version than you do, as the models are generally forward compatible. I recommend upgrading.

You can upgrade to the latest version in the PLECS Preferences + Coder tab by clicking the cloud-like icon in the Version column (image ).

Your screenshot shows me you have the current version of PLECS, but not necessarily of the C2000 Target Support Package (TSP).

What version of the C2000 TSP is installed on your computer? Navigate to the PLECS Preferences + Coder tab and view the Version column. Please see the screenshot from my computer, which has the current latest 1.10.4 version of the C2000 TSP. Confirm your version is at least as recent as your colleagues.
