Using ideal values the simulation works fine but when using the SCT3080AR thermal model, i am getting this error. The Voltage Input is set to 110V and Output is 220V with 6~8A. The more i increase the limit the higher the current goes

The error message indicates that the device current exceeds the maximum capability defined in the thermal model (30 A). You can follow the instructions in the error message and temporarily convert this error into a warning (see: Simulation + Simulation parameters + Diagnostics + Loss variable limit exceeded).

From there you can debug your electrical model to see why the current is so high at the simulation start.

I will say it seems the 30A limit is the continuous rating of the device and not the pulsed rating, but the thermal data table for that component is only described within +/-30A so all losses outside of that range are extrapolated.
