RT-Box with "To-File"

I am trying to store a large set of SoC data using the TO-FILE. However, the RT-Box always disconnects after some time. I have tried adjusting these parameters but to no avail:

Can you add some clarity?

  • Which RT Box type are you using?
  • What is the size of the USB flash drive you are using and is it a USB 3.0 device?
  • When you say disconnects, what exactly does that mean? Does the data stop transmitting, can you not connect via external mode? Any errors or warnings?
  • About how long does it take for the error to occur?

An example model is always helpful so we can recreate and investigate from our side.

Also note that the first window you displayed (Number of samples and Decimation) only pertains to the External Mode and has no bearing on the behavior of the To File component.
