Did you spot check the currents in your model? Your model didn’t load correctly for me because of the dependencies on non-standard Simulink toolboxes. However, I noted that your current measurement (Iabc) doesn’t have a source.
I was able to run your model by removing the dependencies and wiring the controller to the PLECS circuit. In that case I observed ~19W of conduction loss. This is for one device and doesn’t account for parallel diode losses.
In short, I cannot recreate your results and so you will need to provide a better explanation of what you are observing and test procedure, noting the libraries that I have available to assist you.
