I want to generate a pulse sequence as the attached pictures, which is the 8khz square wave for a period about 450us in a 20ms cycle.

here is some possible ways,

1, C-scrips: I am not good at.

2, pulse pulse: a 2ms square wave * a customized 8kz wave

3, —-

in LTSPICE, it is relative easy, but I am not so familiar with PLECS, any suggestions are welcome.

Hi Siderlee,

I hope you’re doing well. I need clarification on the timing relationship between your 8kHz PWM carrier and the 450μs timer sequence. Specifically:

When the 450μs timer begins, does the 8kHz PWM carrier:

  1. Reset to start from zero, or

  2. Continue free-running (meaning it could begin the pulse sequence at any point in its cycle)?

In other words, is there synchronization between the timer start and the PWM carrier phase, or are they independent?
