power in inverter

Please, how can I manage the power in my inverter simulation. I currently have a voltage of 700V and the current is around 20A. I would like to manage to have a current of 65A

Can you post your model? And what do you mean by manage the power?

To manage the power means to pass from 14kW to 45,5kW

The semiconductors model are in the library in attachment

These are just the thermal description .xml files, though, and not your circuit model file. To increase the current you will need to change your circuit design or control scheme, though this is not an issue with PLECS, but rather an engineering problem.
